Classic - Rust & Revs - 49 and Market

Hello and welcome to the blog today of my double layout of photos taken in New Zealand while travelling on a teaching trip with Janene from 49 and Market. This amazing "Vintage Cars Service Station" was so awesome with lots of different and interesting Cars and paranphanalia.

I have started with the "Journey" and "Expedition" papers which added together create a double page.

I have then used Frames from the Die Cut set around some of the photographs and behind some of the others.

I have added two of the leather look pieces and rivets to the photo to make it look like it is hanging then added the "I'm not old, I'm a Classic" title.

Lots of the Laser Cuts and Die Cuts have been used together to layer in different spaces on the layouts.

Using the imagery on the paper I have added different elements to make it look 3D adding foam tape behind the pieces.

The BP Bouser is at the garage facility then surrounded by the laser cuts it fits perfectly with this amazing range. I have then added different rub on transfers around the double pages.

Favourite Memory - 49 and Market Nature Study

Hello and welcome to the blog today where I am sharing a layout of photos of my cheeky little grand son at an outdoor footy match. Lots of trees were around the surrounding oval so of course after the game they needed to be climbed.

I have started with two different sheets from the 12x12 Collection pack and the Golden 12x12 sheet from the Color Foundations pack, layering them with 1/4 inch around the edges.

I made the Cluster Kit as per the pictures on the front of the kit which I used on a different layout then used the many left overs to create by own cluster adding General and Wings laser cuts to it.

I have framed the photos with the blue frames out of the Ephemera pieces, layered with Filmstrip frames and more larger ephemera bits.

I have then created my own little framed picture using the ephemera frame and Washi tape stickers together with rub ons added to another cluster I have created.

Added behind the framed photographs are Acetate filmstrips and more ephemera pieces along with little file tabs which I have added rub ons to.

Road Trip - 49 and Market - Vintage Artistry Everywhere

Hello everyone, today I am showing you a layout of my gorgeous daughter in law and grand daughter in matching little dresses ! They are out and about 4 wheel driving along the beach which they do quite often and camp overnight with a group of friends.

The Vintage Artistry Everywhere collection is perfect for any type of travel. I have started with the pink coloured paper from the Foundations 12x12 pack as the base cutting a square from the middle to use as a photo mat. Then used the reverse of the "Ticket Montage" paper, I have kept the pink barcode on the bottom and cut the extra from the top to 11.5 x 11.5. I have then distressed around the edges and added the thin washi tape from the washi set all the way around the edges.

I have also added some of 6x8 papers to layer behind the photo. Using the tag set and ephemera bits I have made a cluster adding some of the Geo chipboard bits.

The frame around the smaller photo is one of the chipboard map frames to which I have added some photo corners and rub ons to.
The words at the bottom left are from the ephemera pack and laser cuts, I have added some foam tape underneath.

The Washi tape stickers have been placed around the layout including adding them to some clear acetate and cut them out like the little clips attached to the blue acetate filmstrip frames. "Transport, Happiness and Together" are from the 6x8 Album rub on pack and added to file tabs from the ephemera pack.

To finish off my layout I have added the Slate wildflowers as a cluster adding wishing bubbles and baubles, rub ons and chipboard bits including the "Drive" title.

Awesome - 49 and Market

Hello Everyone, my layout today is of a very special photo from an amazing day! The AFL Grandfinal is a HUGE deal in Australia, a little bit like the "Superbowl".  It is always held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, however because of a Covid outbreak and everything being in lock down in Victoria they moved the Final to Perth WA. Our neighbours have friends who are Melbourne Football Club members and luckily for us they not only shared their barcodes for tickets but also had two extra for Kyden and I.

Usually an Eagle (West Coast Eagles) we changed to a Demon for the day to cheer and barrack loud - and they WON.

When I received the Color Swatch Inkwell collection I knew it would be perfect for this exact photo.

I have started with Inkwell paper #4 as the base and cut a rectangle out of the middle to use as a photo mat then used Inkwell paper #1 as the main paper, cutting it down to 11.5 x 11.5 so there is a frame around it.

To add the pop of red needed I have used one of the ARToptions Holiday wishes papers as a photo mat and punched a strip for the Inkwell laser cut to sit on, along with one of the red laser cut frames and Salsa tickets layered with the Inkwell ticket essentials.

The Envelope bits were perfect for some of the journaling with added tickets and leaves to decorate the envelope. I have layered lots of the Inkwell laser cuts together with frames, tickets, leaves and paper from the amazing Collage sheet pack.

There is hidden journaling as well to add the story of why the Grandfinal was in Western Australia and how we got tickets to go with a chipboard Geo frame from the Vintage Artistry Everywhere collection as a pointer.

I have curved the laser cut leaves to add dimension and layered them underneath the bottom of the photo then added lots of the Inkwell Acetate leaves.

Then to finish off my page I have added chipboard pieces from the Vintage Artistry Everywhere collection "Awesome" along with the crosses and "On the bucket list" bookplate.
