Favorite - Spectrum Gardenia

Hello everyone

Today I have a layout of my gorgeous little grandson taken at an outing to the Lavender Farm with his Mum and Sister, who dressed to match to have photos taken. Mason didn't want to match and insisted on wearing this shirt, telling his mum he will just find someone else in red to have his photo taken with.
Out of the mouths of babes !

I have used the Spectrum Gardenia range choosing the reds and blacks from the amazing colourful elements. Starting with the Painted Foundations page using the red patterned side then added two of the long laser cut lace pieces one in black and one in red.

The larger photo I have matted with red then black papers with the smaller one framed using on of the ephemera frames. This range comes with lots of laser cut packs, I have used the "Leaves" laser cuts behind the photographs in the background.

Laser cuts mixed with the ephemera pieces have been blended to make little elements on the page including the "Favorite" title.

I have then layered some red and black elements behind the photos and added the gorgeous large red butterfly along with some chipboard bits.

Mermaid Hair - Spiral Notebook Spectrum Gardenia

Hello everyone, today I have this great Spiral Notebook from the 49 and Market Spectrum Gardenia range that I made into a mini album.

My gorgeous Grand daughter got Mermaid braids put in her hair as a treat and fell in love with them. We were lucky enough that she wanted to show them off and did some super sassy little poses for us turning into a mini photo shoot.

The Gardenia range was just perfect for these photos.

I decided to make a Mini Album using the larger of the two Gardenia Spiral Albums adding a pin from the Embellishment kit to the spine with ribbon and buttons.

Using the ephemera, laser cuts, filmstrips I have layer, layer, layered the different pages using the main colour of the page.

I have also added words and shapes from the Chipboard ranges.

The Color Swatch Inkwell stiched frames and filmstips were added to this page along with the Gardenia Essential File kit.

You fill my heart - 49 and Market Spectrum Gardenia

Hello 49 and Market fans.

When I have my grand children sometimes we go to what they call the "Pink Slide Park" that has lots of different sized slides that are of course Pink. Spectrum Gardenia range was perfect for this photo that I took of my Grand daughter there.

I have started with 12x12 Painted Foundations paper "Fragments" which has the gorgeous pink circular pattern in the middle. I have then used the Pink Skies paper as photo mats with chipboard in between the layers to add depth.

I spread out the Ephemera pieces in front of me along with laser cuts and compiled my own little clusters then added eyelettes to the top.

I added some paper behind the viewfinder and then used a .5 thin marker to emulate sewing stitches which I also added around the edges of the page as well.

I have added the same paper behind one of the circular ephemera pieces. Then added some of the rub ons to the little pinned tag.

Finishing off my page I have added some of the Chipboard pieces, rub ons plus wishing bubbles and baubles.

MAGIC - 49 and Market Spectrum Gardenia

Hello and welcome to my layout today of my ultra sassy and gorgeous grand daughter just after she had "Mermaid braids" put in her hair. I have lots of amazing photos of her doing different poses all by herself but I chose this one to start with as it is my favourite. Stay tuned for more !

I couldn't go past this amazing 12x12 paper with the rainbow array of butterflies at the top so this is what I started with.

I have used the Foundations plain black piece as a photo mat then added the colourful view finder from the ephemera pack to the side after cutting it in half.
The cute little "you are colorful" piece is from the General laser cut set and has faux stitching to look like a fabric tag.

Along the top I have used butterflies in their respective colours from the Butterfly Laser cut set, shaping the wings to emulate flying and adding silicone underneath to keep the shape then adding a Best Ever circle and bow from the ephemera pack.

I had an amazing time layering lots of pieces from the Floral, general and leaves laser cut packs that are choc-o-block FULL of all different and amazing elements. Shape your laser cuts by rubbing the reverse with an embossing tool on a soft surface like a mouse pad then add foam tape or silicone to keep the shape and form.

To finish off my page I have used the "Magic" chipboard word as a title and to anchor down my huge bouquet of florals. To mirror the butterflies at the top of the paper I have added a row of different colours from the "Butterfly Washi Stickers" roll.
