Hello and welcome to the blog today.
My gorgeous grand daughter turned 4 in January and we went to AQWA which is an Underwater Sea place. They had a real life Mermaid show that she just adored. When we saw the AI booth where you can take a photo and make it into a Mermaid we just HAD to do it, out of about 30 different mermaid underwater and beach scenes, Rivah chose this one.
Kaleidoscope range looks like it was created just for this photo.
I started with the 12x12 Solids paper #1 as a background then added the Treasured Teal paper after taking a 1/4 inch from each side and distressing the edges. I have also cut a piece out of the middle of the Solids paper and used as a photo mat for the photograph that I added some cardboard underneath for dimension.
The Blendable rub ons have been used in the top and bottom corners to add some background interest. Then I have used the Essentials Stitching rub ons to the top on each side.
Laser Cuts from the Essentials and Wildflower packs have been used for layers and layers of dimension. I have used foam tape under some pieces like the hummingbird.
Epoxy Wishing Bubbles and Baubles have been added to tie elements altogether and add some shine, gloss to the page.
The bottom cluster was made with a blendable rub on, laser cut pieces and the little pebble "Love this Life" that I have used to name my layout with added little epoxy love hearts.
