Perfect - 49 and Market - One Perfect Day

Hello and welcome to the blog, today I have am sharing some photos of my grand daughter who sat for an hour and a half to have her hair curled ready to be a guest at a wedding.

I have used the One Perfect day range by Joanne Bain to document Rivah's "Perfect" hair, it is so pretty and girly (like her) with really pretty elements.

I started by using the 12x12 Solids paper #1 and cut a rectangle out from the middle to use as a photo mat for one of my photos while putting a frame around the other. Then using the 12x12 Gaze paper I have torn a strip from the top and bottom of the paper and distressed the edges, then flipped the middle piece over to use the pattern on the back in the middle of my layout. Rub ons have then been added in the background before adding my elements.

I have then used the Die Cut and Laser cut pieces to layer and tuck into the torn pieces at both the top and bottom like the tags and flowers. I have also added some pieces of the washi tape strips on the bottom left. Across the top I have added the cute hanging lights with flower bouquet laser cuts.

Using the different frames and windows behind the photos with added flowers and balloons.
I added two of the gorgeous laser cut flower clusters one on top of the other with some thread entwined underneath to give some depth. My title and little love hearts are from the chipboard words pack.

Adorable - 49 and Market Toddler Time

Hello and welcome to my blog post today using the New Toddler Time range with photos of my gorgeous grand children playing in the park across the road from me, climbing trees and doing what kids do.

I have started with the Solids Paper 3, cutting out a rectangle from the back to use as a photo mat so they match perfectly. I have then used the Tags sheet from the 12x12 Collection pack and trimmed it down to 11.5 x 11.5 to make a frame around the page.

I have then added Icon Laser cut piece of the envelope, kids and butterfly then layered sheep, flowers and popped a piece from the ephemera pack behind the frame. and "I'll always Love U" tag.

Using more pieces from both the Icon and Elements laser cuts and ephemera pieces including the frame, kittens and tabs to layer, layer, layer.

The Blendable rub on transfers have been added at the top near the frame and down the bottom of the page to add texture, along with some of the little tags from the ephemera pack.

Finishing off my layout I have used washi tape stickers and the title "adorable" from the ephemera pack. I didn't like the white edge around the title so I have used a pen to colour it in a lighter green.

Hope I have inspired you today to create your own layout, make sure to share it on the 49 and Market Fans page on Facebook.

Sweetest - 49 and Market Krafty Garden

Hello everyone and welcome to my first post for 2025, hope you have all had a wonderful festive break and celebrated the New Year. Today I share a layout of my amazing little Grandaughter who I obviously adore! We have spent lots of time together over the years but in 2024 we had every Friday together as her brother attended full time school. This is the last of our "Babychino" dates as she now starts full time school herself in 2025.

The Krafty Garden range was perfect for these photos, I have started with the Solid #5 paper in the background, before adhering the patterned paper I have cut a rectangle from the middle of the paper to use as a photo mat.
The "Peaceful Magnificence" 12x12 paper I have cut down to 11.5 x 11.5 so I have a frame around my layout.

Using a mixture of the Elements and Mini Laser cuts I have added the lace pieces underneath my photo then created a cluster on the right hand side after adding the cute little fence piece.

I have created the same type of cluster on the other side but used the Mini laser cuts instead and added the acetate pieces leaves behind the cluser. Adding the "Sweetest" chipboard word along the photos created my title.

Across the top of the layout I have added filmstrips and flower clusters from the Acetate pieces set along with ephemera and laser cuts bits.  Finishing touches are from the rub on transfers set and epoxy wishing bubbles.

Wishing you an amazing 2025 with lots of new and exciting ranges and designers to spark your creativity.
